The calculation of the Traveler Reward takes into consideration various factors such as the price of the item, any applicable sales tax, delivery charges, and customs fees (if applicable). The traveler is reimbursed this amount in addition to the item price and associated costs.

The exact formula for calculating the Traveler Reward may vary depending on the specific policies and guidelines set by Tvelp. It is designed to fairly compensate the traveler for their time, effort, and expenses involved in fulfilling the shopper's request and ensuring the successful delivery of the item.

In the Tvelp platform, travelers are not charged for using the platform itself. Instead, the traveler is responsible for purchasing the requested items on behalf of the shopper. The traveler will be reimbursed by the shopper for the cost of the item, including any applicable sales tax, delivery charges (if the item is purchased online), and customs fees (if applicable).

To ensure proper reimbursement, the traveler is required to upload the item's invoice on the Tvelp platform. This serves as proof of the purchase and helps facilitate payment from the shopper.

Once the traveler securely delivers the item to the shopper, the traveler will receive payment for the complete item price, sales tax, delivery charges (if any), customs fees (if any), and a Traveler Reward as per the agreed-upon terms between the traveler and shopper.
If the baggage, including the item being carried by the traveler, is lost by the airlines, there are certain steps to be followed:
  • The traveler should file a Passenger Irregularity Report (PIR) with the airlines. The report should include a detailed description of the luggage contents and contact information. This report helps in tracking the lost luggage and enables the traveler to claim insurance for the lost baggage.
  • The traveler is required to upload the PIR and provide follow-up details on the Tvelp platform as evidence of the item's delay caused by the airlines. This helps in keeping the shopper informed about the situation.
  • The shopper will need to wait until the issue is resolved by the airlines. The resolution process may involve locating and delivering the lost luggage.
  • If, unfortunately, the item is determined to be lost and cannot be recovered, the shopper can create a new request on the Tvelp platform with a new delivery date. This allows the shopper to initiate a fresh request for the desired item.
By following these steps, both the shopper and the traveler can address the situation of lost baggage caused by the airlines and work towards resolving the issue effectively.
